I used to worry that I wasn’t doing meditation “right” or that it wasn’t “working”.

Now I just get quiet, go within, and know that all the answers reside within me.

Stop beating yourself up because your mind wanders.  Guess what, that’s what the mind does! That’s why Buddhists call it “Monkey Mind”.  You are not the exception!

When you are feeling overwhelmed, overstressed, or on over drive, just break the momentum by getting still.

Drop all ideas you have about meditating and just close your eyes and take a rest.

Veronica is an Executive of a Cyber Security Search and Software firm aspiring to "balance" being an entrepreneur of a high-growth start up while meeting the needs of her family and her own mental & physical sanity.
