Do you feel squeezed out of the equation of your own life? Holidays often add to the current stress and overwhelm we are experiencing these days.

Join Beth Segaloff , Founder of Tree of Life Center and Veronica Mollica, Founder of The Kindness Solution, for a workshop where you will explore ways to slow down, reconnect and gain strategies to make yourself a priority in the New Year.

This is workshop for both men and women, people working both inside and outside the home, single, married, or with families, who are ready to look at ways you may be neglecting yourself and to come into alignment with your true needs and values.

We will guide you and share tools that will help you look at kindness toward yourself from a mind, body, and spirit perspective.
