Jimmy is one of the most positive, upbeat people I have met. I walked into CVS in Fairfield (the one near Whole Foods) and he went out of his way to greet me and smile even though he was checking someone out.
Then he helped me find the one egg coloring kit in the store that was left (mother of the year award goes to me), and he continued with his high energy, interested, enthusiastic attitude while he was ringing him out.
I took 3 Kindness Matters stickers out for him, his wife, and 5 year old daughter and told him his kindness to me absolutely matters and I truly appreciate it. And so do others.
Then I got into my car and felt the need to go back in and take his picture to remember him and we got to talking more and it turns out we share a similar goal and vision for spreading kindness to homeless people, and I’m certain we were meant to meet today. The Universe is great like that!
