I used to worry that I wasn’t doing meditation “right” or that it wasn’t “working”.
Now I just get quiet, go within, and know that all the answers reside within me.
When you are feeling overwhelmed, overstressed, or on overdrive, just break the momentum by getting still. Drop all ideas you have about meditating and just close your eyes and take a rest.
And if you fall asleep, fantastic! You needed a nap!
