Meet Veronica

“I’m a million different people from one day to the next”, so it’s hard to narrow “Who I Am” to a couple of web-friendly paragraphs, as that continues to unfold on a daily basis!

I have been on a 20+ year quest for truth and self-actualization that has manifested in a variety of ways both personally and professionally over the past several years. I am a wife and mom doing my best to use the ups and downs of marriage and parenting as a pathway to forgiveness and growth. I’m committed to practicing patience, compassion, non-judgement and kindness towards myself and others on a daily basis.

Being a parent in this lightning-paced, digital world and a proponent for true health and wellness from the inside out has led a pretty wide range of passions, interests, causes, and missions that I’m pretty fired up about.

I have my career in recruiting, sales, and career coaching and currently head up contract negotiations and lead strategic partnerships for the fastest-growing cyber security search firm in the country.

I love sharing food, places, products, & services that are kind to your body, mind, and soul, and I have come to believe in a holistic and integrative approach to healing through alternative approaches that treat the whole body.

In my copious spare time between working full-time and having 2 kids, I became a Certified Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) so I could continue connecting the dots between how food and lifestyle choices affect how we show up for just about everything.

I studied with many of the leading medical doctors, PhDs, researchers and authorities in nutrition today, covering over 150 dietary theories and taking a holistic approach to wellness that includes looking at the quality of your relationships, career fulfillment, self-expression, and spirituality as essential components to building good health.

What I have discovered is that there is no one way of eating that works for everyone. We need a deeper perspective that integrates nutritional science, biological individuality, and most importantly, learning how to listen to our bodies for what they truly need.

I encourage you to experiment with new foods and pay close attention to your body’s responses. Being healthy is not about willpower or discipline – it’s about asking yourself what you are really hungry for from a mind, body, spirit perspective, what nourishes you, and ultimately what brings you joy and fulfillment so you can experience yourself as your true self, your best self.

I get heart palpitations when I discover things that I feel I MUST share with others, so I’m super excited to showcase them here. I have great admiration and respect for anyone who is passionate & dedicated to creating innovative, amazing products and services that aim to create true health, vitality, and happiness from the inside out!

I Believe

…that kindness matters.

…in radical self-acceptance, compassion, and love.

…in telling the truth and being vulnerable.

…that our creative self-expression is crucial.

…real food is medicine for our souls.

…in our body’s ability to heal itself.

…that life is a giant experiment.

…that we should question everything that we have ever been taught.

…that there are universal truths that we all share.

…but that we get to decide what’s true for us personally.

…and we get to change our minds about stuff. As many times as we choose to.

…that every answer we are looking for lies within us, but we need to elevate the quality questions and be willing to listen to the answers.

…that journaling is the absolute best way to remember what we know, but forget, and want to remember again.

…in being a force for good.

…in miracles.

I want freedom for the full expression of my personality.
